- Access to Property – You must provide access to the property at the scheduled time. If access is not provided, additional fees may apply.
- Customer Responsibilities – You agree to inform us of any specific cleaning requirements or hazards (e.g., pets, fragile items) prior to service.
- Payments – Full payment is required upon booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods as outlined on our website.
- Amendments - We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website or email.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans may change.
- Cancellation Notice – Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service will not incur any fees.
- Late Cancellation – Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service may be charged up to 50% of the booking fee.
- No-Show – If our team arrives and is unable to access the property, the full service fee may be charged.
- Refunds – Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after confirmation of eligibility.
- Service Quality Guarantee – If you are unsatisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will re-clean the affected area at no extra cost.
